Territories, analysis & demographics

Territory analysis and demographic overlays are not currently available in the production Mapize editor.

Mapize is developing planning tools for grouping points, measuring reach, routing stops, and comparing map data with public demographic information. These tools will appear in the editor only after their production data providers and feature flags are enabled.

Planned analysis tools

The planned toolset includes:

• Radius-based point counts.
• Freehand territory selection.
• Automated balanced territories.
• ZIP code, county, and state boundary territories.
• Drive-time bands.
• Route optimization.

Planned demographic overlays

The planned Census overlay tools include:

• A searchable demographic-variable catalog.
• Multiple geographic boundary levels.
• Quantile, equal-interval, and manual classifications.
• Color-ramp and opacity controls.
• Choropleth legends.
• Point rollups by boundary.

These items are roadmap descriptions, not currently purchasable plan features. They should not appear in the production editor until Mapize enables them.
