Your account & privacy

Manage your plan, notifications, and data from Account settings.

Tabs

Account settings is organized into Account, Billing, Notifications, Insights, Connected sources, and API keys. Your maps live under My maps in the top navigation.

• Use Billing to see your current plan, compare plans, or open Manage billing for an active subscription.
• Use Notifications to turn map activity emails on or off. When enabled, Mapize emails you after you create a map and when a map receives its first view. This setting is enabled by default.
• Use Account for account-level settings, data export, and account deletion.

Your data

• Export your data — download a machine-readable JSON file containing your account, datasets, maps, shares, and consent settings.
• Delete your account — permanently removes your data and sign-in identity. This cascades across all maps and datasets and can't be undone.

Sign-in

Accounts use a secure hosted sign-in. Your maps are tied to your account, so signing in on another device makes them available there.
