Plans & billing
Free vs. Solo, upgrading, canceling, and what happens on downgrade.
Mapize has two plans: Free and Solo (paid). Some upgrade prompts in the app say "Pro" — that's the same paid plan as Solo.

Building, styling, geocoding, sharing, and embedding all work on the free plan. Solo lifts the limits and unlocks the features above. CRM connectors are marked "coming soon" and aren't live on either plan yet.
Solo pricing: $15/month, or $171/year.
There are no usage meters — no per-view or per-geocode charges.
Upgrading
Click Upgrade on the pricing page to open secure Stripe Checkout (promo codes accepted). Your plan unlocks as soon as checkout completes.
Managing your subscription
Use Manage billing in your account to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can update your card, switch between monthly and annual, view invoices, and cancel any time. Canceling keeps access until the end of the current period. Prior charges aren't refunded.
What happens if you downgrade
- Maps beyond the free limit become read-only — never deleted. Choose which map stays active, or resubscribe to unfreeze everything.
- If a payment fails, your access continues during Stripe's automatic retries; you're only downgraded if it ultimately can't be collected.
- A refund or chargeback moves you back to free immediately.
See Organizing your maps for how frozen maps behave on the dashboard.
