Column detection

It reads your columns so you don't have to.

Mapize detects your location data automatically: full addresses in one column, street, city, state, and ZIP split across several, or latitude and longitude. It picks a label column too. Guessed wrong? The match panel lets you reassign any column or switch between address and coordinate mode.

Geocoding

No row left behind.

  • Rows that can’t be placed land in the Attention tray with a plain-language reason. Fix them, exclude them, or restore them later. They never block your map.
  • Low-confidence matches are flagged as approximate locations so you know what to double-check.
  • Rows that already have coordinates skip the lookup and plot instantly.

Your file stays on your machine.

Files are parsed in your browser. The raw file is never uploaded to our servers.
