Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mapize (the "Service"), operated by Mapize, Inc., 8117 Rockport Circle, Las Vegas, NV 89128, USA. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Mapize turns spreadsheets and datasets into shareable maps. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. Your content and data
You retain all rights to the data you upload. You grant Mapize, Inc. the limited licence needed to host, process, and display that data to provide the Service — for example geocoding addresses and rendering maps. You are responsible for having the right to upload and map any personal data of third parties (see the Acceptable Use Policy and the Data Processing Addendum).
4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then, and prior charges are not refunded. If you downgrade, maps beyond the free-plan limit become read-only until you resubscribe, rather than being removed; data retention otherwise follows the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Map data, geocoding results, and demographic estimates may be inaccurate and must not be relied upon as authoritative.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Mapize, Inc. may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The jurisdiction of Mapize, Inc. is Delaware, USA.
