Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy governs what you may do with Mapize. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Lawful data only
You may upload and map only data you have the legal right to use. You must not upload data obtained unlawfully, or special-category personal data you have no lawful basis to process.
2. No unlawful surveillance or scraping
You must not use the Service to conduct unlawful surveillance, stalking, or profiling of the individuals whose addresses or details you map, nor to scrape or map personal data in violation of any law or a third party's terms.
3. No harm or abuse
- No harassment, threats, doxxing, or targeting of individuals.
- No illegal, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.
- No attempts to breach security, disrupt the Service, or exceed rate limits abusively.
4. Enforcement
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Report abuse to support@mapize.com.
