If your request concerns an individual whose details appear in a dataset someone else uploaded, please contact the account holder who uploaded it, or reach us and we will route your request.

Report a map

To report abuse, illegal content, or a privacy concern about a public or embedded map, use the report control on that map, which lodges a takedown request for review.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and prior charges are not refunded. If you downgrade, maps beyond the free limit are kept read-only until you resubscribe.
